2. The training date/s you would like to attend,
3. The number of training attendees and,
4. The full names and email addresses of all training attendees.

Once your email is received, you will be asked to fill, sign, and return the following forms:

Program Services Agreement: This agreement stipulates the terms of the ERIC training delivery.

Program Licence Agreement: This agreement stipulates the terms of the ERIC licence.

If you participate in any ERIC workshop, a 12-month ERIC licence is included in the total training cost. This means that upon completion of the training you will receive login details to the ERIC website, which will provide access to all of the ERIC resources and materials. Once you are logged in, you will find all of the ERIC materials under the “resources” tab found on the home page.
If you are an organisation with more than one person completing the training, you will receive an organisational login. This means that you will have one login that all participants can use to access the resources and materials.

Once your 12-month licence expires, you may choose to renew your membership via the “account” tab found on the home page.

A certificate of training attendance will be provided on completion of the workshop which you may use to count towards your CPD hours.
